Bamboo Tower Singapore
The Tapering Bamboo Tower creates an illusion that the interior structure is taller than it is. Bamboo Tower is a mixed-use 55 story building. The entry leading to the central building and adjacent spaces follows the curve of the base of the structure. The central building connects to the other two structures on three floors.
The exterior bamboo structure is unique. The intent is an esthetic one creating a cloud around the twin structures. The bamboo outer structure creates a more open space at the base which would act as a communal gathering area. An additional structure was then added auxiliary to the main towers to accommodate for parking.
