The Globe Project was a proposal for a small scale intervention. The goal of the intervention was to revitalize the town with minimal action. My project was a low line in the town (modeling off the high line in New York.) By highlighting the viable entry points along the wash of the town, I framed where the design will take place. I chose the first location entering the town where the Globe trail-head would be located. The alternate areas along the trail head were not forgotten but were not the priority of the project. The trail-head was not just an entry into the wash, but also an introduction to the town itself. This trail-head afforded those who lived in the town a comfortable place to walk when the sun was at its most intense and a destination for those who do not live in Globe. I proposed a few alternatives to these entry points including seating and attraction. However, by  just creating a rammed earth wall gave that area all the attention needed.
